The 2020 40 Most Inspirational Female Leaders in Ghana list celebrates 40 inspirational women who are future leaders, business leaders or leaders in an organization or political leaders and are making a tremendous contribution to gender diversity, women, and youth empowerment in Ghana. These individuals serve as role models to the youth.
Young Ghanaian Leaders’ Summit 2020
The theme for our 2020 Young Ghanaian Leaders’ Summit was – Rethinking youth development for national development.
Young Ghanaian Leaders’ Summit 2020 took place on November 28th, 2020 and engaged over 300 young leaders from across Ghana. The one (1) day Summit focused on connecting young aspiring leaders to mentors, debating on key issues Ghanaian youths are confronted with, and brainstormed practical solutions to tackle these identified challenges. The summit also supported young people in their individual projects through our mentorship session.
Distinguished Public Lecture Series
Young Global Leaders Network Public Lecture Series centres on the economy of Ghana and/or Africa, its challenges and the Role of the youth and tertiary institutions. Topics that focus on youth entrepreneurship, leadership and involvement in government, women in leadership and any other topics that is of relevance to the mission and objectives of the organization are be tackled.
Bi-Weekly Youth Leadership and Mentorship Forum held on the 15 May 2021
The second edition of our Bi-Weekly Youth Leadership and Mentorship Forum took place on the 15th of May 2021 at 4 pm GMT with 50 young aspiring leaders attending online.

WORLD MENSTRUAL HYGIENE DAY-2021.
Young Global Leaders Network- Kenya Team, celebrated World Menstruation Hygiene Day (28 May) with young girls at Gethsemane Garden Academy in Mfangano Ward. Suba North sub-county, where they distributed sanitary pads for girls in both primary and secondary sections and textbooks for the whole school.
The theme for this year’s World menstrual Hygiene Day is” Action and Investment in Menstrual Hygiene and Health.”
