Understanding market trends allow proprietors to spot opportunities for a business project. Time changes and market researchers must be updated on the current matters because every detail may be vital in understanding the market. Market research is comprehensive and subdivided into smaller units to offer workable operations.

Market research is an ongoing process for all businesses to help business owner keep track of changing needs and adapt to marker offers. To get this information; ask your customers why they buy from you or think of your service and how satisfied they are with your business. Customer feedback is essential and can show you where to make changes to improve sales. Should you also look at competitors? It is crucial to know about your competitors and how they operate.

Customer research is essential for any new business. It can make a big difference to sales. If you look at customers in detail and discover their needs, you can find the right way to make sales. When your customer is the public, reviewing research and identify customers’ ideal group by characteristics would be relevant to what you are selling. These could include things like their age, gender, occupation, income, lifestyle, and attitudes. Try to find out what clients will buy, and why they buy it, what it would take for them to buy your product or service, and how they go about making the decision.

It is essential only to use information that is relevant to your target market. Be careful with the research and make sure certain information you have is up to date, markets change, and published information can quickly become outdated. It would help if you always made sure information is from a reliable, impartial source. This is especially important when viewing statistics because most blogs have misleading market reports. Official statistics, and trade publications can be immensely helpful. You can find all sorts of information sourced from private or public organizations; where you can find valid information, you can get valid business information from a reliable Internet sources. There are a few specialist business libraries, and those large public libraries have business information too. There are tons of helpful information in business magazines, and the business sections of newspapers. Still, you may have to pay for that personal business information useful when your business is up and running your sales records. Any customer queries you can be helpful.

Emmanuel Addo

Emmanuel Addo is the founder of the Young Global Leaders Network, an international non-governmental organization registered in six (6) countries namely, Ghana, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Democratic Republic of Congo, and South Sudan and has a membership strength of over 15,000 young black professionals, students, graduates, and aspiring leaders.

The organization also operates in 25 other African countries. Emmanuel also doubles as the chief convener and founder of the Young African Leaders Summit, one of the largest continental youth summits in Africa.  

Currently works at Kingston University as a Business Engagement Team Member in their Partnerships and Engagement Department. 

He characterizes energy, integrity, result-oriented, and ground-breaking service in each detail of strategic management, change management, stakeholder management, and leadership acquaintances.
Emmanuel owns a core background in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Ghana.

Leveraging his experience as a youth activist and a dynamic young man, Emmanuel founded the Young Global Leaders Network, a youth organization that comprises young diplomats, young politicians, and aspiring politicians, business/entrepreneurial business leaders with the aim of championing a mutual agenda for the African youth and promoting youth participation in governance as well as promoting entrepreneurial culture.
Emmanuel nurtures an environment of teamwork and has expertise in data collection and analysis as well as both quantitative and qualitative methods.

Emmanuel worked as an Associate Lecturer at the London College of Advanced Management where he delivered a wide range of business management courses that involved principles of marketing, leadership, operation management, and research methods. Emmanuel has always maintained high teaching and learning standards to ensure that his students’ stand out in academic achievements and successful progression. As a stout believer and passionate key player in volunteering; Emmanuel creates quality time to giving back gladly to his community what he has learned and to educate individuals with free consultancy on career development. He is a leader anyone would love to look up to and with great integrity, commitment, and passion to make the world a better place.
Emmanuel worked as Qualifications Manager at the Open University in the UK.
