Terms and Conditions
By submitting an application to the NeXGen Leaders Fellowship Programme – Geneva Immersion 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee
Participants are required to pay the full programme fee upon acceptance into the NexGen Leaders Fellowship Programme — USD 2,600 for YGLN Members or USD 3,000 for Non-Members.
This amount includes a non-refundable registration component of USD 650, which covers:
Administrative processing
Visa support services, including an official acceptance letter from YGLN
A signed Schengen visa support letter
A personalised checklist of required visa documents
Please note that the USD 650 registration component is strictly non-refundable, including in the event of a visa refusal.
In case a participant’s visa is refused and does not wish to continue or appeal (and not due to falsified documents or misrepresentation), the remaining portion of the programme fee will be refunded as follows:
YGLN Members: USD 1,950 refunded
Non-Members: USD 2,350 refunded
All refunds will be processed at the same exchange rate in which the original payment was received.
- False Information or Unverifiable Documents
- Submission of false, misleading, or unverifiable information or documents at any stage of the application or visa process will result in immediate disqualification from the programme.
- In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the applicant will forfeit all paid amounts, including the full programme fee.
- Visa Refusals
- In the event of a visa refusal, and provided the refusal is not due to fake documents or false information, a refund of the programme fee will be issued minus the USD 650 non-refundable registration fee.
- Refunds will be processed upon submission of the official visa refusal letter issued by the embassy.
- Withdrawals and Cancellations
- Once the registration fee is paid and participation is confirmed, voluntary withdrawal from the programme does not qualify for a refund.
- Cancellations due to personal reasons are not grounds for a refund, unless under exceptional circumstances and subject to review.
- Participant Responsibility
- Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted.
- Participants must possess a valid passport, meet all eligibility requirements, and be able to travel internationally between 20–27 October 2025.
- Programme Modifications
- The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme structure, dates, or components in response to unforeseen circumstances or global developments. Any such changes will be communicated promptly.
Please note: The programme cost does not cover visa application fees, flight tickets, or personal meals. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant and must be arranged and paid for independently.
